"The worst experience ever. They canceled my policy without a call or email. You can’t trust them. Renne is the worst in all aspects. Seems like she likes “white” people only…she is very discriminative. Good luck with them! Im glad the cancelled I found a better place better price!"

"We sold one of our two cars that were insured by the agency. Changing the policy to one car required turning in the sold car plates and canceling the policy. Phyllis provided excellent service. She gave me the information and direction to do this. She also kept in contact with DMV so when the plates were returned she could immediately change the policy. This saved me some money without any disruption of coverage on the car we kept. We have our auto, apartment, personal liability and property insurance coverage with "Mort's" agency. A major reason for our loyalty is the excellent service provided by Phyllis."

"So far so good. I had a water line break while I was out of town. Came home to a very soggy carpet. Darin started the ball rolling and filed the claim. I had a claims adjuster assigned to me very quickly who started the process with me. Right now I am working with the water mitigation people."
